How it Works

Step One: Consultation

Meet for FREE Consultation: this consists of walking through the home to see how much is there, to evaluate if there is enough for a sale and to evaluate how long it will take to set up

Step Two: Set up Begins

Set up will only begin after the home is vacant and no one is living there; and after all personal items, trash, and any items NOT FOR SALE are removed. This takes approximately 2 weeks.

Step Three: The Sale

Sales are typically 2 days ( Sat/Sun), occasionally sales are 1 day and can be done on a Thursday evening 2-8 ( summer only).

The Leftovers

Whatever is left after the sale is yours. I offer: to set up a donation company to come after the sale – usually on Monday or Tuesday. I can send an employee (for $50) to meet the donation company and box up donation items only. They can lock up after donation is done.

Other Arangments

If items still remain (unsold and not donate-able) I can arrange for a clean OUT company to come and remove EVERYTHING that is left (the charge varies depending on what is left, minimum of $550 and up).

I also can arrange a house cleaner to come and that is also a separate charge.

I can arrange the above services; you can pick and choose which services you would like. I can also pay any of the above from the proceeds of the sale (if there is enough).
