Estate Sales by Joann is a family-owned company based out of Brighton, Michigan. Joann and her staff pride themselves on providing personal service to their clients.

Joann is a compassionate and conscientious person who understands how overwhelming it can be to prepare for a move, to help an elderly relative transition to assisted living or to take care of an estate after the loss of a loved one.

After working with another estate sale company for several years she decided to branch out on her own and created Estate Sales by Joann.

We help you through the whole process: Downsizing, moving, assistance in liquidating belongings after the loss of a loved one or for a family member that has moved to assisted living.

We can also put you in touch with resources for other needs: Packing, moving, storage, donations, or cleaning.
